Gridcore in its role of total deliverer offers its customers different levels of support for managing their computing systems, both on site and remotely.
A GC-Support contract implies a periodical surveillance of the system as well as a range of measures to avoid losing data and/or computing time. The different degrees for the Service Level Agreement (SLA) depend on the response time.
