Gridcore supplies a high performance computing cluster to SKF for use in advanced bearing simulations and process simulations. The cluster is based around 20 AMD Opteron 248 processors, delivering world class performance. This is the first cluster in Scandinavia based on the Opteron 248 processor. With the cluster, Gridcore also deliveres a workstation based on the same processor.
